BLOOM Gin and the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar & Brasserie are delighted to announce the opening of THE BLOOM GIN TERRACE @ OXO on the eighth floor of the OXO Tower, which has panoramic views over London’s skyline. Launching on Thursday 23rd June and running until the end of the summer, (Sunday 21st August) THE BLOOM GIN TERRACE @ OXO will be serving a bespoke menu of six cocktails, created by OXO’s star bartender, Sophie Bratt.
BLOOM Gin has partnered with OXO to celebrate the creator of BLOOM Gin, Joanne Moore’s 10th Anniversary as Master Gin Distiller and OXO’s 20th birthday. Sophie’s cocktails were inspired by English country gardens as well as the botanicals Joanne selected for BLOOM Gin’s distillation, which include honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo (Chinese grapefruit).

Sophie adds: “I’ve had a ball coming up with English garden inspired cocktails for the menu. My favourites include Day Dreamer, a twist on the classic Collins and Honey Pot, which combines BLOOM Gin with lavender honey and lemon juice and is garnished with bee pollen.”
The BLOOM Gin Terrace @ OXO is open from Monday – Thursday, 11am – 11pm; Friday – Saturday, 11am – midnight; and 12 midday – 10.30pm on Sunday.

A prosecco based cocktail, with delicious additions of velvet falernum (a spiced-citrusy-syrup), lime, jasmine tea and lemon strips. This is spritz – British style.

Served in a beautiful copa glass, this simple serve is the cocktail of the British summer with British strawberries and mint stirred through with Fever-Tree tonic and ice.
